Hi, my onetel emails stopped working a few days back in my Apple mail app. They work fine on webmail.  I keep getting the message 'Unable to verify account name or password'. Please help

Hi thank you for your answer. I am paying my bills with DD every month, there should not be a problem…! How can i reset my account and make it not limited?

Hi amex72, your mailbox has been limited. When did you last pay for TalkTalk webmail? Usually that is the cause of the limited accounts. Although there is an incident open for TalkTalk Mail Plus accounts being limited in error.
