The monthly problem has occurred again-unable to send any emails "due to policy reasons". When will this be sorted, when will we have an explanation and when will we get a refund for the inconvenience?

The incident team have made some changes and have asked users to retry and confirm if the changes have resolved the issue.

I've heard back and this has now been raised as a formal incident and is being investigated by the incident team.
Further updates as we are advised should be via the support staff, so there is now nothing you can do individually that will fix this.

Windows operating system can be an issue if prior to Windows 10 as many programmes and websites are not supported and will cause issues..
I am going to raise the issue of tinyworld emails with the forum manager ss this does seems to keep reoccurring.
I'll report back once I get a response.

I understand your frustrations however, at the moment we can only treat this as an isolated incident and complete checks for a possible fault however we are monitoring how many customers are experiencing the same issue. Would you like to proceed with the checks.

I do not think that a diagnostic check for just me will help as it is clear that there are many others affected. I have finished work for today so if you wish to carry out a check please do so but everything else works fine apart from sending and occasionally receiving tinworld.co.uk emails. Gmail fine, internet fine just tinyworld

Not an isolated incident....... Needs soring for all of us who have a tinyworld.e mail address.
