Many thanks for the reply i have had no problems accessing my e-mails its just that I knew things were changing but had never heard of Service T Everymail.    I still have an broadband account with Talk Talk and don't need to register with Everymail so I will just delete it from. my system.  Many Thanks

@gmkirkham

See my post here:

If it's anything like that, it's a scam.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry we still have plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link in the post at the top of any forum message board.

This may or not be genuine. TalkTalk are moving customers without broadband to Everymail but it's an unfortunate fact of life that scammers are aware and have jumped on any confusion here.

Please see here for more details

Please post back once you have actioned if you believe your emails require linking.

If you hover over the senders address it should give you the real email address it has come from. If it's a TalkTalk one or Everymail one that matches then it's genuine, if they differ it will be a scam. Also hover over but don't click any link and the website address should show. Does this look like a TalkTalk or Everymail one rather than one that has these names in that contains other details in it?

If you wish staff to look into it for you, please copy and paste the text and paste as plain text so no links show and remove any detail personal to you.

Thank you.
