I have a dsl.pipex.com email accessed via Outlook (16) on my PC and via Samsung email on my android phone. On the PC, I'm getting a continual "internet email" pop-up requesting password input and it hasn't updated the inbox since this morning. The phone access is fine. Both are using imap.dsl.pipex.com for the incoming server and smtp.dsl.pipex.com for outgoing.
I can't send or receive on the PC and both pop-up boxes show blank password boxes. Embarrassingly, I can't locate my account password . . .
I'd really appreciate some ideas on fixing this.

Hi StPeter955, try using the recommended settings from the email settings help article and you should find everything works normally.
