It looks like there needs to be some sort of reset or adding your email to a server list behind the scenes by an Admin. Other people have put their email into the private details in there profile to enable the admin guys to resolve... I've added them in my details, hopefully they can help!

Thanks for your replies. I have changed the settings, but does not connect to the incoming server.

Hope there is someone out there who can flip the switch 🤞

I also have the same problem.

I have 3 Pipex email addresses using Thunderbird, Bluemail and Samsung as clients.

I have changed to the new server settings as instructed, the 3 addresses then worked ok but now one by one they have ceased to work.

I believe they have to be "reset", so will put addresses in my private data.

Hope someone can help

 I have the same problem, they have changed the settings to below, although I can send but can't receive/log into the incoming mail server.

 

Incoming mail settings

Values to use

Incoming mail server

mail.talktalk.net

Use SSL (for Apple iOS)

Set to ON (Green)

Security type (for Android)

SSL/TLS or SSL

Encryption method (for Windows/Mac Mail)

SSL/TLS

Server port (All devices if using IMAP)

993

Server port (All devices if using POP3)

Outgoing mail settings

Values to use

Outgoing mail server

smtp.talktalk.net

Use SSL (for Apple iOS)

Set to ON (Green)

Security type (for Android)

STARTTLS or TLS
