Despite calling into customer services as soon as I received the “you will have to pay” email and being reassured .. I can no longer send emails from my main account despite being a talk talk customer!
I have some important emails to reply to and need this asap please!

What appears in webmail is not relevant. You are blocking my outbound email - please check my private profile and you will find my active account number and the email address that you are blocking outbound emails for (please follow your own process to fix this!). It has now been five days since you blocked this and it is unacceptable.

Read the thread! .. I received the email, contacted you immediately, was lied to by your customer services person , have since lost the ability to send emails.
i am a broadband customer and need access to send emails back immediately. FOLLOW YOUR OWN PROCESS!

I am an active broadband customer .. you have blocked my email. I have followed your ridiculous process of putting my account ID and blocked email in my private notes. Please follow your own process and fix the issue that is all Talk Talks fault.

Hello there @Jason691, I assume since you are currently an active broadband account holder with us (TalkTalk), you have received communication that you will need to pay £5 for your email services. Correct?

Still no movement on this .. why is a mistake by Talk Talk creating so much of a problem for me ??
i contacted you in June to explain I was a customer , was told it would not be an issue (I was lied to by Rashik) and now you can’t even fix a simple issue of you own making!!!

I was previously on Talk talk broadband, moved house where full fibre was available and told that O had to use a different email for my account for this change and that the old email would remain active. Roll on nearly two years and we are in this situation!
I have added the main tiscali.co.uk email address that needs unblocking to my private notes - please confirm when unblocked
