HELP. Please can you check that the E-mail Accounts that I have listed in my profile are linked to my broadband account and confirm that I DO NOT need to subscribe to Everymail to keep my E-Mail accounts and retain ALL E-Mail services. Despite discussing my fears with different TalkTalk agents over the past few weeks, and being told that I do not have to subscribe, I am now getting a pop up message each time I log into my E-Mail A/C saying that the ability to send E-Mails has been withdrawn because I didn't subscribe by 28th July and that I will lose my E-Mail accounts entirely unless I subscribe by 8th September 2025.

Hi Mandisa, it is now 2 days since you advised me that you had escalated my issue, and I am still unable to send E-Mails - through no fault of my own. This is both frustrating and concerning, especially as you know that I have an active broadband A/C with TalkTalk, and should not have been on the migration programme at all.

Why is it taking so long to reactivate the ability to send E-Mails, when the function was taken away instantly?

I have been a TalkTalk customer for many years, and am very disappointed at the way the company is dealing with this problem, that is of it's own making.

PLEASE arrange for my E-Mail A/Cs to be returned to their fully functioning state ASAP, and give me a date by which it will be done.

Thank you.

I have found your account and confirmed that you have an active broadband service. There are two email addresses linked to your account, and I have verified that both match the ones we have on file. You do not need to sign up for Everymail, as I have submitted a web form to exclude you from the migration. Additionally, I have escalated the issue regarding your restriction on sending emails. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you, and I will respond as soon as I receive further information.
