have a broadband account but emails are now asking for me to subscribe. have added the email address to private notes in my profile. Had been told by tech support on phone that this would be sorted in 24 hours its now past that and counting. Thanks

Thank you. I can see that you only added one email address on the private note, just to confirm is it the only email address you have and that you wish for me to link to your active broadband account?

hi again it is basically not allowing me in after the login on webmail. On a ipad via mail. It comes up with Cannot get mail. please go to mail account settings

Okay thanks for confirming, Just to confirm are experiencing feature restrictions (i.e. unable to send an email) in the email account?

Hi there @pat&son. Looking into your account the notes left by an agent yesterday states that you called in to update the registered mobile number for recovery purposes as you wanted to change the password however it is asking for a passcode, and you do not have access to your old mobile number. To update the mobile number will take 24 hours to be updated on the system
Regarding the issue you have today, I will need to submit a webform for you to get your services up and running, as a TalkTalk broadband customer you shouldn't have been affected by this change. Before I fill in the webform for you, I will need you ask you some questions. Just to confirm, Is the sign-up option available when you login to your email account?
