Please could you check that the legacy emails I have listed in my profile are still linked to my broadband account and confirm that I will not be charged for email and will retain my email service.

Hey there, @Cloud68. Let's get this sorted today. Yes, I now understand you received the email right, but I want to confirm, to which email address did you receive this communication, was it the one currently associated with your active broadband account or one of those that we previously associated?

Staff will follow up on Monday, @Cloud6.
Sorry, but there's no staff support over weekends.

Yes, an email has been received. The email addresses had previously been associated with the broadband account and should still be so, but the email was received so I am concerned that they are no longer associated. I can no longer find any reference to them against my broadband account. I cannot afford to lose this email address.

Hi @Cloud68. I can confirm that you have an active broadband account and your email address are linked to the account so you will not be affected by this. Please confirm if you received an email regarding this.

Have you received an email about migrating your mails to Everymail?
If not then you should not be affected. The email was sent only to customers whose email addresses were not associated with their broadband.
Not being associated would only occur if you have left TalkTalk, or you have previously left TalkTalk and subsequently re-joined them.
