After my account was downgraded to webmail only, I have now updated my security settings. please could you reactivate my IMAP account.

@memphisbomber, add your landline phone number or Talktalk account number in your community forum profile details for TT staff to identify your account. 

 

Go via your avatar/name; settings; Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES. Staff reply during the day Monday to Friday.
