I have an email set up on my IPad, it has worked perfectly for years but suddenly stopped receiving emails yesterday. I tried looking on line etc and then decided to delete my account and then reinstate it. Unfortunately I have been unable to do this as it says it “cannot connect using SSL. It is an old email address, tinworld/tiscali I have checked my settings and they seem to be ok. Any help greatly appreciated.

Which email are you using? Is it tiscali?
Can I just check, are you using webmail or an email client?
Would it be possible to post a screenshot of the error message you are receiving?
Could you also confirm your user settings for SMTP?

I'm sorry for the delay.
