I have an old Tiscali email which I hav been using for receveing emails using an email client. The password is saved in my email client for the incoming server but not for the outgoing server, so I can receive but not send emails. I would like to reset the password as I don't remeember it. The "Forgot password" option doesn't seem to be working, what are my alternatives? Shall I call talktalk or is there another option?

Password reset seems to be stuck on verifying the ReCaptcha.

I've raised an incident as the reset tool wasn't either.

The SMTP outgoing server password is the same as the incoming server password.
The Reset password now button in the help article Changing your email password will take you to password reset and recovery.
If the email address is still active on the TalkTalk Mail platform and you have set up password recovery options, in advance, that you recognise from the *****hints, then you can send your alternate email address a link or your mobile a 6-digit code to authorise a password reset.
