Sent Emails going into recipients spam

When I send emails from my talktalk email address over the last month they have all been going into different recipients spam. These are addresses that I have regularly sent messages to in the past.

In the past month I have then re sent the same messages via a Gmail address and these gave all been received.

Why has the talktalk address started to go to spam and what can I do to fix it?

Can you check your TalkTalk Internet access for me now and let me know if it works? You can do this by trying to reload the site or application you were experiencing problems with, or trying to search for something on the Internet.

Please start your own thread as each case is considered unique and it is easier for support to be given to one person per thread and also less confusing.
To start your thread click the Browse button, then Help With Your Service and select the appropriate category. You will then see a Blue Button "Start A Topic"
Please also note that you should only post back on that thread and not start another on the same topic as multiple posts cause delay to you and others seeking help.

Yes been having the same problem for several weeks now and seems to be getting worse. very frustrating as its an email address i use for business, Talktalk please get this resolved asap!

Unfortunately there is nothing you can do.

 

This is affecting Hotmail and Gmail addresses in the main and Microsoft and Google are working with TalkTalk on finding a solution.

 

You are in the staff's queue for a response.
For a quicker reply can you please ensure you have your personal information up to date in your profile including your TalkTalk landline phone number so your account can be traced. Link here - https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/user/myprofilepage/tab/personal-profile:personal-info
If you are unsure of your phone number, you can find this in My Account or dial 17070 from your landline phone and this will confirm the number for you.
You can also add your account number in the private notes field, which only you and the support staff can view.

 

Can you also add your email address to the private notes field that is affected with this issue.
