I have been unable to send e mails since 05/10/2024 when i was in Spain. I returned to the UK early January and since then have repeated "web chatted" to get the error fixed. Eventually I employed a very expensive computer consultant in order to resolve this issue; total expense to date £210 + VAT. On 30/01/2025 my consultant after 2.5 hours on web chat, repeatedly answering the same questions and carrying out a full computer reset, your totally incompetent operator said that the problem would be handed to your "technical department" and the issue would be resolved within 3 to 4 days. It is now the 6th February and I can still not send e-mails and NO response has been received. I hereby inform you that as you are unable to fulfil the contract that both parties entered into, it is my intention to withhold further monthly payments and terminate our agreement. As i am 78 with very little computer knowledge and dyslexia, this message has been typed by my daughter.

@Rimski8061??, I asked for a little more information when you posted here, before the end of the month, but didn't hear back from you then:
It's such a shame that you have had to spend so much money - we needed you to explain the problem in full then and you could have avoided the extra expense.
If you lose track of where you posted in future, you can find the Activity tab in the profile area. All your posts and replies will be in there.
It's part of the same area that you can reach via your avatar to complete your community forum profile details.
Staff are on here during the day, Monday to Friday, to reply and follow up your case.

Sorry to see this, but if you are subscribing to TalkTalk Mail Plus you can cancel at any time.
If you use TalkTalk mail as part of a broadband service then there is no additional cost involved and I do not believe you can terminate your contract on the basis you have described. Withholding payment is never a good idea I'm afraid as it can lead to a restriction of service and added charges.
If you would like the support team here to look into this for you make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk phone number or account number are complete on your community profile (click here) so that they can link your forum identity with your account and then wait for them to respond.
