TT Server Is Covert Filtering (Again)

So NNVC <nnvc@north-norfolk.gov.uk> have been trying to send me a PDF file since last Friday (August 16th). But nothing corresponding appeared in my TT Inbox. And, No, nothing in the Webmail “Spam” folder either. And no delivery failure notification messages at their end.

So I just asked them to try sending the file to my gmail address. And we have instant success.

So the TT incoming e-mail server is filtering out e-mails again without informing either sender or recipient. Any chance of doing something about this, and promptly?

Hi Tobermory, I can only see 2 emails from that domain in the last 7 days we accepted 1 and rejected the other as it triggered as spam. There's not alot I can do with that for you as we've only rejected the 1.

I was fortunate to become aware that the TT incoming mail server had simply thrown away without any notifications the e-mails, which were sent to me from the address. I only became aware because I was expecting the e-mail, and got in touch with the senders to ask where it was. But this also raises the question of how many other e-mails have been sent to my TT address, which the TT server has thrown away without notifying either the sender or me?

So sometimes e-mail sent to a Webmail address is delivered as expected and other times it is simply thrown away by the TT server. Do TT regard this unreliable level of service as acceptable?
