Hi there,
At the top of the TT webmail page there was a link to "upgrade the app". As I thought this was a general upgrade which would not affect functionality, I clicked on this link but am now unable to access my emails, and received the following error message:

Some mandatory configuration could not be loaded.
If I have inadvertently signed up to TT Mail Plus or some other service, this was never the intention.
I was quite happy for things to continue as they were using a single mailbox.
Please can you clarify what has happened and advise regarding the process of removing any upgrade.

The update yesterday was a Calendar feature update by the TalkTalk Mail platform operator Open Xchange.
The Updates information is via the Menu (cog icon - desktop browser). There's no uninstall required. A new sign in to the mailbox should fix the transient platform error.
If an error persists then clear the browser cache and cookies and sign in once more.
