I’m getting really fed up of receiving these emails . I spoke to an agent from talk talk who claimed to have updated the situation, but still the emails are being sent. The emails shouldn’t be sent to me, because I’m still paying for full fibre broadband. Every attempt I have made to rectify this has failed to stop these threatening email from talk talk. Is there any way to get through to them, that will actually work.

If you log into webmail do you see a warning notice? If there's something there, you do need to chase up support and make sure they specifically fill in a form that associates your email addresses with your Broadband service with Talktalk.
