Hello, like a lot of people, I've updated my settings as requested by TalkTalk but am unable to access email. It looks like there's a reset/unblocking that needs doing by TalkTalk but it doesn't seem possible to contact them. Gondola looks like you're doing a great job in helping others. Can you help me please? thanks

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

How do we get some help? Looking at the posts, everyone has the same problem, so why can't TalkTalk reset everyone's access? Ady? can you please help? Can you put my email address on the list for reset please? thank you
