Unable to access email after new settings

Hello, like a lot of people, I've updated my settings as requested by TalkTalk but am unable to access email.  It looks like there's a reset/unblocking that needs doing by TalkTalk but it doesn't seem possible to contact them.  Gondola looks like you're doing a great job in helping others.  Can you help me please?  thanks

Hi kjmstroud, please start a new topic and include the affected email address in the private notes section of your community profile.

How do we get some help?  Looking at the posts, everyone has the same problem, so why can't TalkTalk reset everyone's access?  Ady? can you please help?  Can you put my email address on the list for reset please?  thank you
