Hi
Today 15/09/25 found that my emails are not being delivered either via Thunderbird or directly from web mail site, however I seem to be receiving mail ok.
I have rebooted router, checked server settings all correct also tried from our other computer.
I would be grateful if this problem could be fixed.
I have since noticed others on the forum who also cannot send emails. I never received any info from TT regarding linking email address to account number. Anyway I have added my account number to my profile, and email address in private notes so would be grateful if I could return to sending emails.
A long term TT customer.

Could you please tell me the last part of your email address? This is the section after the @ symbol.
For example it might be talktalk.net or tiscali.co.uk.

As of last night also not delivering via TT webmail will recheck now

You will need to use TalkTalk webmail at the moment while I do the checks,

Internet access is working as normal with good speed.

Thank you for confirming, I will run checks. Can you check your TalkTalk Internet access for me now and let me know if it works? You can do this by trying to reload the site or application you were experiencing problems with or trying to search for something on the Internet.

Thank you so much for your quick replies.
Loss of sending emails without warning came as shock yesterday, as I have been happy with TT services for close to 20 years.

Thank you for confirming, I will need to run checks on your email since you have confirmed that you have not receive anything about everymail and your email address is linked to your broadband account I have checked.

Hi @fedman11 I will be able to look into this for you, can you confirm if you have any red banner when you log into your emails about signing up to EveryMail?
