This started yesterday and applies to all messages that I attempt to send from any of my TalkTalk email accounts. No changes had been to my systems and also my Gmail account no longer connects with TalkTalk to utilise the "Send mail as" feature and comes up with the same error message. I suspect this is a server issue. Help.

I have been getting exactly the same problem for a couple of weeks. It then gets corrected, or corrects itself, and works for a few days. Then the problem recurs. Time is wasted typing out a message or attaching a file which then won't be sent off. I don't get this problem with g mail, my alternative account.

Thanks for your message Ady-TalkTalk. The issues that I was having appeared to resolve themselves yesterday afternoon and email appears to be ok now.
I am not sure what you mean by "webmail"; I use Outlook. However, in case it assists, when I raised the problem I was not able to send emails between my TalkTalk email addresses. I was receiving third party emails and could send to my TalkTalk addresses from my Gmail, but, as I said, not using Gmail "Send mail as" from a TalkTalk address.

Thank you. It appears that many other users are experiencing similar issues. What is also very annoying is that Service Status says the the are "no repoorted issues with Email right now" which is clearly not true. If TalkTalk had admitted there was an issue, it would have saved me hours trying to work out if the problem was with me or them! Always the same!

Hi @37ttcom I strongly suspect that there are changes going on in the background which are causing these issues. Hopefully they will be resolved sooner than later, your post has been escalated.
