Vacation Notice Not Working

Hi,
I often use the vacation notice, in fact I used it earlier this week, but yesterday I updated my notice for the Christmas period and it is no longer working.
I have tested it by sending emails to myself from my other non TT email addresses, but no joy.
TT can you please look into this urgently, I need this for my work. Thank you.

@Ady-TalkTalkThanks for the update. Very frustrating, TT could at least turn the Vacation Notice feature off whilst it is not working as I am sure many people could be unaware that it is not working!

I tried their advise but it did not work. I advised them of this and their response is that "the CEO team are aware of the matter at hand".
For my sanity, can you please try your Vacation Notice feature, to test whether it is working please?
Assuming it is not, can you please report this issue again your end? Thanks Ady.
My fibre contract is actually up this week, I have been a loyal customer for many many years, this may well be the last straw that broke the camel's back.

@Ady-TalkTalk thought I would come back here for a refresh, unfortunately the vacation notice is still not working for me, can you please check it your end?
I honestly cannot believe TT have not fixed this simple issue yet, I have escalated it to the CEO team but have got no where.
Can you please report this issue again to your manager? I feel that TT aren't doing anything about it unless they get more complaints. Thanks.

I've done what I can. The email team are aware of the issue. I would suggest raising a complaint to the CEO team they will be able to at least get you a better answer as to why it's not being resolved than I can.

Evening, unfortunately TalkTalk's vacation notice feature is still not working, I have submitted a complaint to TT but getting absolutely no where! 🙄🙃
In desperation I thought I would come back here 😅 @Ady-TalkTalk or any other TalkTalk person in this community forum, can you please try and help get this issue resolved? Please can it be pushed to someone in power to do something about it?

Still not working unfortunately. This feature is very important to me, so I would like the vacation notice to be fixed ASAP.

Can you please explain what you mean and step by step instruction on how to carry it out, or dare I say could you raise it on my behalf please?

Hi Ady, thanks for your reply, however this vacation notice problem is causing me lots of issues with people calling me whilst I'm away, not knowing I'm not checking my emails.
If you can please push as much as possible your end with Talk Talk to fix, that would be greatly appreciated.
