Vacation Notice Not Working

Hi,

 

I often use the vacation notice, in fact I used it earlier this week, but yesterday I updated my notice for the Christmas period and it is no longer working.

 

I have tested it by sending emails to myself from my other non TT email addresses, but no joy.

 

TT can you please look into this urgently, I need this for my work. Thank you.

I've done what I can. The email team are aware of the issue. I would suggest raising a complaint to the CEO team they will be able to at least get you a better answer as to why it's not being resolved than I can.

Evening, unfortunately TalkTalk's vacation notice feature is still not working, I have submitted a complaint to TT but getting absolutely no where! 🙄🙃

 

In desperation I thought I would come back here 😅  @Ady-TalkTalk or any other TalkTalk person in this community forum, can you please try and help get this issue resolved? Please can it be pushed to someone in power to do something about it?

Hi Ady,

 

Still not working unfortunately. This feature is very important to me, so I would like the vacation notice to be fixed ASAP.

 

You said; "You could raise a complete to the CEO team and they could take on the case management for you. " What do you mean exactly? I assume you mean raise a query/complain? Can you please explain what you mean and step by step instruction on how to carry it out, or dare I say could you raise it on my behalf please?

I have already done this. The product manager is already aware of it. You could raise a complete to the CEO team and they could take on the case management for you.

Hi Ady, thanks for your reply, however this vacation notice problem is causing me lots of issues with people calling me whilst I'm away, not knowing I'm not checking my emails.

 

If you can please push as much as possible your end with Talk Talk to fix, that would be greatly appreciated.
