Hoping someone can help. I am a talktalk customer for phone and broadband but also have a virgin.net email address which now won't let me in. I contacted Virgin support who have said talktalk look after my e-mail address and they will be able to sort it, however i cant find any help or support on talk talk. My virgin.net account is my account. How do i get a talk talk assistant to talk to...or do they expect the customers to help each other and save some £.

Hi Powell17, TalkTalk do not manage the Virgin email domains. Those a solely in the control of Virgin as you can imagine that makes sense. Why Virgin support sent you here is beyond me. Contact the Virgin community they'll help you get this sorted.
