Hi there, So I got upgraded to the new mailbox this evening.
btw. I didn't get any advance warning just that when I went to open direct from my bookmark I had to sign in afresh and when I tried that I got a message something like "Unauthourised, Error-001" and I worked out that maybe I had the upgrade and so dropping the legacy bit off the ip add might be a good idea and it worked and I got to my mailbox.
It all looks similar to what I had before apart from the "Compose" button, which is missing. So how do I send new mail?

You're very welcome. Your 5 year long-standing Community membership deserves a speedy response. And your mailbox will have seen out the full 5 years of service on the previous mail platform from its launch through to saying bye-bye and hello to the new TalkTalk Mail.

Thanks, I'd already changed the bookmark and now that's got "compose" sorted. And thanks for the speedy response.

Excellent work. Just re-bookmark the new sign in page.
In the Mail app, the envelope icon on the header bar, select the New email button, where indicated, under the header top left.
