setting up windows 11 on Monday my incoming emails worked but sending did not. Now my tiny world emails do not work. Have TalkTalk taken my Tiny world email address off the system ? I have paid them for many years for my landline phone and broadband. Please advice .

@Dotbil, please reply to the last message from staff in this thread.
There is an ongoing problem with sending emails from old addressess that need to be associated with people's current broadband service.
As long as the Tinyworld address is listed in Private Notes, and staff have completed a webform for you, there should not be a longterm issue, but for now I am afraid that customers are having to sit out the mess.
There will be no staff support before Monday to follow up.

Looking at my account there is no entry for TINY world Email address. which needs to be on there

We are currently experiencing an email issue. Can you please confirm if you have received any communication from us, advising of email migration to Everymail? and also if you see any banner on webmail?

@Dotbil 3 email addresses are already linked on your account, including the one you have provided on private notes. I have completed a form for you, so that the email addresses can be removed from the orphan list, you should no longer receive communication regarding this movement, and we have escalated the issue customers not being able to send emails, it is being investigated at high priority.

@mandisa1-TT I think @Dotbil means that they have added the details to their private notes for you to complete the We Form for them.
Customers don't have access to complete the form themselves.

Hi there @Dotbil If you have filled in the form, the back-office team will link the emails to the account and your email services should be restored.

Server settings for all TalkTalk email domains are the same, see here.
But I suspect that is not the real issue. Rather the widespread problem a number of TalkTalk customers are suffering with sending mail.
Do you currently have an active TalkTalk broadband account? In which case see the advisory post here:
If you are subscribing to Mail Plus then you should have received notification to migrate your service to Everymail.

Furthermore, From June 17, 2025, we are letting our active orphan customers (non-broadband customers) know that their email account will be closed on October 31, 2025. Active orphan customers who have not used their mailbox for 2 months will be given the option to move to a paid email box service (EveryMail) or have their email account deleted. We’re giving them more than 3 months’ notice.
