where do I find a barcode to pay my bill at the post office

do I use my old shell energy bill which has a different account number

I have been looking for a barcode for 3hrs please help I want to pay my bill

I would suggest calling us and speaking to the Shell migration team. 

They should be able to help you.

It looks like it shows on a printed bill, @frank77.

Not sure if that's paper only, issued by Talktalk or whether anything you can print of in My Account shows it. How do you receive the detailed bill?
