blocked emails

I've had several people report that emails to my talktalk account are being blocked, eg

Advice please! Usually these people send to me successfully

Sorry, I don't know what the cause of the problem was. (Regarding posting personal information, if we need personal information we will ask you to either send it by PM or enter it in the private notes section of your community profile)

I've not had anyone tell me they've been blocked, but they might not tell me now. So I don't know.

Could you tell me what the issue was, or is?

I included the image as without it there's no way to diagnose what happened. I was aware that it had some personal info, but because talktalk only support through a public forum I didn't have any option.

I did not get a notification of your reply, though I did tick the right box (and it is still ticked) - hence my delay
