I am an existing customer and should not have to pay for email addresses but I have received emails saying I am no longer a customer and have to pay. It seems my account was not set up properly and emails not linked to it. How do I go about getting them linked?

Unfortunately, support staff are no longer available here and this will require you contact TalkTalk directly as the forum is now peer to peer and this is something we are, on this occasion, unable to help you with.
