Hi Gondola. i have another email address which my wife uses however she has not been able to get any emails for the past few weeks, she has tried every password she can remember but she still can't get in to her emails even webmail. I hope you can help.

To add information in the profile area, go via your avatar/name; settings; drop down menu. Private Notes is at the end of the Personal Information section. SAVE CHANGES
