Hello I have received a notification that I need to subscribe to continue using my email. I am an existing talktalk customer. I have hopefully filled the required fields in my profile of my account, please can you link my emails to my existing broadband account.

Hello it seems I can still send and recieve emails but everytime I login I still recieve a warning message from a pop up box from Everymail asking me to subscribe. It gives two important deadlines, 8th september if you have not subscribed , you will lose acess. 31st of October if you have not subscribed your account and data will be permanently deleted. So should I just ignore this and continue to use my email as normal.

It seems that your broadband package is currently disconnected, which is why you received communication prompting you to subscribe to Everymail.

Hi there @MrBluesky, I will look into this for you. But I can confirm that the emails are linked to email your account.
