@bazlaarshad95, did the email address you are concerned about get set up under any previous broadband account you might have had?
You've asked for it to be associated with your current broadband package which suggests that you must have either moved away in the past, and come back, or possibly upgraded to Full Fibre, which also triggers new account details.
If you were otherwise a continuous customer, there'd be no trigger for those emails at all.

Hello,
the issue has not been resolved. The email address xxxxxxxxxx.net is still receiving emails to say that it is not linked to a broadband contract.
Please could this email be linked to my account as requested.

yes the email in the private notes is a talktalk email address. I would like that email linked to my broadband account please.
