Keep getting these, the blue link in the word .docx file doe nothing. Is it a scam

I've removed the email address you posted as it could have been spoofed from some innocent person but then get further harvested.
I also removed the attachment as none of us should click on it, not knowing what's in there.
As mentioned above, add the information in Private Notes in the Personal Information area of your community profile [accessed via your avatar; settings etc.. SAVE CHANGES].

I have managed to locate your active broadband account and therefore you should not be receiving any communication from us, can you please confirm your TalkTalk email addresses on Private notes on your community forum. Please let me know once listed?

Possibly, or not.
Some customers who no longer have broadband with TalkTalk are being moved to Everymail.

Please post back once you have actioned if you believe your emails require linking.
If you suspect a spam, you should not click on any link in the mail or open attachments as these can trigger malware being downloaded to your device.
I'd recommend doing a full virus and malware scan of your device.
