@computerman1

I've removed the email address you posted as it could have been spoofed from some innocent person but then get further harvested.

I also removed the attachment as none of us should click on it, not knowing what's in there.

As mentioned above, add the information in Private Notes in the Personal Information area of your community profile [accessed via your avatar; settings etc..  SAVE CHANGES].

Gliwmaeden2, a fellow customer.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry we still have plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link in the post at the top of any forum message board.

Hi there @computerman1

I have managed to locate your active broadband account and therefore you should not be receiving any communication from us, can you please confirm your TalkTalk email addresses on Private notes on your community forum. Please let me know once listed?

Possibly, or not.

Some customers who no longer have broadband with TalkTalk are being moved to Everymail.

Please see here for more details

Please post back once you have actioned if you believe your emails require linking.

If you suspect a spam, you should not click on any link in the mail or open attachments as these can trigger malware being downloaded to your device.

I'd recommend doing a full virus and malware scan of your device.

Thank you.
