@Lyn52, you need to return to the message board and click on start a topic to begin your own thread.
You both need to complete your community forum profile details for Talktalk staff to identify your particular account. Go via your avatar; settings; drop down menu. Add your Talktalk phone number or account number in Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES.

I am having the same problem. During the last 2 days I've received 5 Mail Delivery System messages informing me that 5 individual emails which I sent several days ago could not be delivered. "Your message wasn't delivered because the recipient email provider rejected it ....... messages from 153.92.124.240 temporarily deferred due to unexpected volume or user complaints". All affected messages were to sky.com, yahoo.co.uk and aol.com email addresses and all messages are shown as "Sent"
This is the same problem that occurred back in November but absolutely the solution found by email providers was not a long term fix!
