Have moved from shell energy and can not  access my emails

Hi Shell151, you must speak to the shell team I have no access to the shell systems so cannot help.

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

You'd be best to speak to the Shell Migration team on 03451 720088 (open 9am - 7pm) as staff here cannot help with migrated customers at this time.

 

Be specific when the phone is answered and ask for the Shell team.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
