My talktalk email address has disappeared from my desktop computer, but are still showing on my mobile phone.

I think this happened a while ago, but I have waited to see if they have come back, but to no effect.

Ok so you open your browser and go to https://apps.talktalk.co.uk/appsuite and login what happens then?
