Fibre speed boost

I signed up for fibre speed boost last week, but it doesn't seem to have been applied yet. Can someone please look into this for me?

 

I turned my router off just now for about an hour, but I am still seeing the same synch rates. I should be seeing about double these rates:

 

Upstream line rate (kbit/s):
9995
Downstream line rate (kbit/s):
39997
