hi, i have seen several other similar posts with the same issue.
i have been issues with connecting to my works VPN. i have spent hours already on the phone to try and resolve this and the IT team at my own office. however no-one is able to help as they cannot see that there is an issue as to why i cannot connect. i have seen that others have had this solved, your help would be very much appreciated.

Could you try switching the ONT and router off and leave them off for at least 30 minutes, then switch back on and retest your VPN. Please let us know how you get on

We don't block VPN connections.
A few years ago we had an issue with a specific firmware version and VPN but that has been resolved.
Have you recently logged in My Account to see if any HomeSafe/KidsSafe settings have been switched on?

We already got a new one not too long ago. We have had this issue ever since starting with Talk Talk.. My friend also had the same issue in which she got it sorted on here

Hi, yes i am. It says, 'an error occurred while reconnecting T: to (the drive name im trying to access).
Microsoft windows network: The local device name is already in use.
This connection has not been restored.

Can I just confirm that you're using the Wifi Hub router please? What happens when you try to connect? Do you see a specific error message? Does this also happen if you try and connect wired?
