Currently I am working from home and I needed wifi connection which was supposed to go live on 7-4-2020. But even after correctly connecting everything I am still left with flashing amber light. Please look into the matter and do the needful. It would be. great help if this could be sorted out at the earliest as I am stuck without internet.

Stick to that one only. It can take a couple of days or so for TT staff to reach a new thread.
You need to complete your community forum profile details. That is how TT staff can link your ID to your account.
Go via your avatar (top right); settings; launch profile wizard.
