Slow and intermittent broadband connection

Hi I have a faster fibre package but only currently achieve 12MB/s (wired and wireless connections) and my connection routinely drops out completely.  Ive followed all the guidance to improve speed with no success.  I've currently got my router plugged directly into the master socket with all internal connections disconnected but it has made no difference.

Hi gogsy,

 

I'm sorry to hear this and I'll take a look now. I've run a test on the line which has detected a possible line fault so I've passed this over to Openreach now for an external line investigation to be completed. We should receive an update back in the next 48-72hrs.
