How do you turn the channel optimisation feature off on the router?   One of our older devices keeps losing connection to the WIFI, reseting the channel on the router only works temporarily.

 

I have one of the new TalkTalk Wi-Fi Hub 2 routers.

Please can you add your name and TalkTalk landline number to your Community Profile, I can then switch the WIFI optimisation off for you.

You don't, @YaphamRoad1.

 

It has to be done by staff, so make sure that you leave the router on for them.
