Openreach have now closed this fault as resolved. Just to confirm, has this fault been fully resolved?

I have spoken to Openreach and they have advised that they are working on this fault and they should have further updates on 26/01.

I can see that this fault is with the Openreach line engineers.

 

I will contact Openreach this morning for an update and I will post back on this thread as soon as I have additional information.

When you say "Outage in Hookhills Paignton", do you mean that whole area is affected?
