Can I track my router delivery?

Unsure whether my new router has been sent. Internet has gone live but left without router. Might just be a case of Royal Mail.  But wanted to see if I could check whether one has been sent.

Hi Paul

 

Thank you. This is not a pre filtered faceplate so I have sent the replacement microfilter and you should receive this within the next 24-48hrs.

 

Once you receive this then you can connect the router and phone to the master socket.

Please find attached photos. We would rather have it hooked to the socket without 5C written on it. If that’s of any help.

One last question sorry, can you post a photo of your master socket just so I can check if it has a pre filtered face plate?

What in the pic is  for broadband on the back of the router apparently. 
 
Bit yes the landline which it needs to connect to is for the phone.

Unsure the correct name to be honest. We have what’s below in the picture but needs to connect to a BT port.

Ah okay, this wasn’t made particularly clear. We have the router actually but are missing the required connection pieces for the landline in the new property. Is this something we could get sent out on its own?

Usually with a home move a new router isn't sent as you would take your existing one with you (unless you've signed up to a different product eg FTTP)

 

Have you left the router at the previous address?
