Hi
I 'd like to cancel the service as moving to abroad.
There's no one to transfer the service to new customer .
I called and asked to fill the form, but there's no one to transfer the service.
What ll be the option that I could do instead.

Unfortunately you can't cancel a service from the forum.
You will need to phone and speak to the loyalty team who will inform you of you options and any cancellation fee that may be due. You need to give 30 notice of cancellation.
