Hi AndreaCroz, have you already tried turning off your router for an hour or more? It often pulls a new IP address and clears the issue.

Yes, you are on your own thread now  which is what was needed.

It's because posting on other people's threads can divert attention from the original poster and cause confusion in the thread that you were asked to do this.

Sorting out the residual confusion is why this got moved out of the way by mistake, @AndreaCroz.

This is back in the queue for attention, but staff will not be back now before Monday.

So it's always best for support issues to start your own thread as promptly as you can, to get the post moving forward in the workflow.

Sadly this was too late in the day to get picked up before the weekend.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry we still have plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link in the post at the top of any forum message board.

The advice I was given by the team member, in a private message, was to open up my own thread to resolve my issue. As such, I have had no feedback from a team member yet.

@fr8ys, previously this customer was posting on someone else's thread.

This is the correct one to follow up on, @AndreaCroz, so I have reinstated it. 😊
