What is preventing me from logging in to an account that I set up and was perfect a few weeks ago?

I set up everything last month to pay the first bill, I am now trying to pay the second

Hi @GeeSuss
Can I just confirm what address you are using to log in, is it a @hotmail.com address or a @mypostoffice.co.uk address? there seems to be 2 different addresses associated to you.
Dont post the full address on here.
