Hi,

 

My service with Talktalk is due to cease on the 21st March as we are switching to Sky Broadband. If they aren't able to install the wifi that day and have to revisit, would I be able to stay with Talktalk on a pay as you go basis until the handover is complete? I am worried I will be without wifi for a while if Sky can't install it on Thursday, the same day my existing talktalk service is meant to cease.

If sky are taking the phone number the service with us will remain active until Sky activate their service.
