Cisco Any connect not working

I’m required to use Cisco any connect to work from home but for the past few days I’ve been unable to access the internet or my works systems. It’s really frustrating. I’ve spoken to colleagues from my IT department and they’ve undertaken numerous tests and believe it’s an issue with my broadband. Can anyone help?

Hi @Wardy203

I'm so glad to hear this.

Can you also confirm your VPN Protocol/SW Version, this will help our Devices Team with their investigations.

Hi @Wardy203

Apologies for this. I've made a change to your router firmware, please can you retest?

If possible can you also confirm your VPN Protocol/SW Version, this will help our Devices Team with their investigations.

Thanks

Hi @Wardy203

Please can you add your TalkTalk landline or account number to your Community Profile. I can then locate the details and make changes to your router firmware.

Thanks

Debbie

That firmware was supposed to be OK & the thinking was that it was an issue with the new V202 firmware. I have asked one of TalkTalk's support to pick your thread up and investigate it for you.

They aim to respond within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) excluding Bank Holidays, but if more urgent you can always try the Service Centre on 0345 172 0088. The posts are responded to in time/date order, oldest first.

To save yourself time, please make sure that your community profile includes your first & last names, broadband phone number & if possible an alternative contact number. This can be done by clicking on your Avatar picture and then clicking on "My Settings" followed by:-

Personal Profile > Personal Information

Otherwise, TalkTalk will not be able to tie up your forum username to your broadband account. Only you & TalkTalk have visibility of your details.

Hi I believe the firmware is SG4K100174 and the router is a Sagemcom-FAST5364 if that helps?

Which make/model of router are you using & what firmware is it running?
