For the past few weeks, the signal came and went at random times. It has now been gone for more than 12 hours. The light is blue (as it should be), sometimes with no flashing, and the landline works, but no device can connect to the internet. Can someone advise? Thank you.
PS Since I recently migrated from Shell and it's a Shell router, testing it is not an option. When I tried running the connection test, within seconds, it took me back to the start of the test, with no results.
